Sona is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Doctoral Candidate striving to further her education, experience, and competency to better serve her clients. Sona’s presence in the room models a corrective and meaningful relationship with her clients which enhances trust and therapeutic connection. By modelling these corrective experiences, Sona is able to implement interventions to focus on developing insight, actionable change, healing the relationship with the self, and identity formation. Sona prefaces the importance of understanding what the therapeutic process will look like and will support you through your growth.
